Parrot draft excluders

Parrot draft excluders

Keep warm for less this winter  - and keep the drafts out all year round - with a draft excluder.

You'll be amazed at the difference one makes! Great for drafty rooms, front doors, soft play Jenga and pugle stick fights! Use them all year round - they're not just for winter.

These parrots are made from recycled yarn (made from recycled plastic bottles) so they're a great eco-conscious choice. To my mind, they also feel a lot tougher than your standard polyester - they have a thick, tapestry-like feel.

They come in three colours - emerald green, peacock blue and red/brown.

Approx 86cm long but can be shortened - see product info for full details.

Also matching yoga/meditation cushions in the same fabric (sold separately).

Pre-washed fabric. Pre-made designs. Recycled polyester outer (see individual design for details). Anti-allergenic hollowfibre polyester filling.

Outer fabric is recommended dry clean. Filling is similar to a pillow filling, so is washable.

Approx 86cm long. Can be shortened for narrower doors (e.g. 76cm): simply unpick the stitching at one end (one end is stitched on the outside for this reason), push or tuck the fabric in until you have your desired length,  and re-stitch.  Or just smush it in a bit if your doorway is narrow, as this helps block up any drafts!

  • A note on pricing and time scales!

Pre-made items are usually dispatched within 2 working days.

A note on bespoke items and timescales:

Items that are bespoke, made to measure, or one of a kind, I calculate prices according to size, material, difficulty, then I add in P&P, and then I can give you a quote. Final pricing depends on exactly what's ordered, but I'll always agree this with you before ordering your materials and starting on your project.

Depending on where the materials come from, it may take a week for them to arrive in my letter box before I can then start on the make, so I will also give you an estimate of how long your order will take to arrive at your door.

I don't do fast fashion, fast ordering, or anything that rushes through at the expense of the climate, so if you're looking for next day delivery then this site isn't for you. For everyone else, I look forward to chatting with you!
